Time to get the wings off!

Finally managed to get one of the front wings off....which had been welded on to the bonnet slam panel and the air duct panel!

Cleaning the engine bay

I made a start at cleaning out the engine bay today. I found a bottle of Autoglym Engine & Machine cleaner in the garage and it seemed to do a decent job of cutting through the old oil and grease.

The Midget Arrives!

My first restoration project has started with the purchase of an MG Midget bodyshell.
